Clear, Calm Booking for a Hosted Small-Group Experience
How Booking Works
Booking your place with Ladies Touring Tenerife is designed to feel clear, calm and well organised from the beginning. Because this is a hosted small-group experience rather than a package holiday, the process works a little differently — and this page explains each step clearly.
Many of our guests travel solo, and one of the most important parts of the booking process is making sure everything feels straightforward, reassuring and easy to understand before you travel.
A SIMPLE PROCESS
Three Clear Steps to Join Us
If you have been wondering how booking works without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, our process has been designed to provide reassurance at every stage. You can check current dates and details first, register your interest for a suitable week, and then move forward step by step with clear guidance.

- Register your interest for that week

STEP BY STEP
How to Join the Hosted Experience
A clear booking process designed to keep everything calm, simple and easy to follow from your first enquiry to your arrival in Tenerife.
Step 1 – View Current Availability
Visit the Availability page to see current experience dates, full price and current availability status. This gives you the information you need without pressure.
Step 2 – Register Your Interest
If a particular experience week suits you, the next step is to register your interest. This allows us to keep you updated and let you know when the next stage of booking opens for that date.
Step 3 – Confirmation and Next Steps
Each experience week is designed for a small group of 10 to 12 guests and will only go ahead once the minimum group size has been reached. Once a week is ready to move forward, guests receive the next steps, including hotel guidance, independent flight booking and pre-arrival preparation.
MINIMUM & MAXIMUM NUMBERS
Small Group Structure
Each Ladies Touring Tenerife experience is designed for a small group of 10 to 12 guests. A minimum of 10 guests is required for an experience week to go ahead.
This keeps the experience personal, supportive and more comfortable for everyone in the group.
Refund Policy
For deposit, balance payment, cancellation terms, transfers and booking conditions, please see our Booking Terms.
If a particular week does not go ahead, guests will be offered the options set out in our Booking Terms.
Flights
Flights are not included. Guests book flights independently after their chosen experience week has been confirmed, following the guidance provided for the group schedule.
Hotel
Accommodation is not included in the experience price. Guests book independently, following the hotel guidance for their chosen experience week so that the group remains based together in Puerto de la Cruz.
Before You Arrive
Before travelling, guests receive clear information about the week ahead, including practical details, timing guidance and what to expect on arrival. The aim is to make everything feel organised and reassuring before you leave home.
On arrival in Tenerife, a private transfer will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Julie personally welcomes guests, and the following day is designed as a gentle introduction to the group and the experience.
TRANSPARENT & FAIR
Clear Next Steps at Every Stage
We understand that booking a hosted small-group experience can feel significant, especially if you are travelling solo. That is why the process is designed to feel clear from the beginning, with each next step explained carefully so that guests always know what happens next.
Even before formal booking opens, registering your interest allows us to keep you updated clearly and personally for your preferred week.
