Booking your place with Ladies Touring Tenerife is designed to feel clear, calm and transparent. This page explains each step, from choosing your preferred experience week through to confirmation, balance payment and final preparation before departure.

If you have been wondering how booking works without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, our process has been designed to provide reassurance at every stage. Experience dates, full price, deposit amount and availability are shown on the Availability page, and the next steps are explained clearly before you travel. There is no immediate payment. No obligation. Just a gradual, transparent progression.

STEP BY STEP

How to Book Tenerife Tour for Women

A simple booking process designed to keep everything clear, consistent and easy to follow.

Step 1 – View Current Availability

Visit the Availability page to see current experience dates, full price, deposit amount and booking status. Each experience week has its own booking option.

Step 2 – Reserve Your Place

Your place is reserved when the deposit is paid for your chosen experience week. Each experience runs with 10 to 12 guests.

Step 3 – Wait for Confirmation & Prepare

Each experience week is confirmed once 10 guests have booked. After confirmation, guests can proceed with the next steps in the booking framework, including independent flight and hotel bookings, balance payment and the Health & Travel Declaration.

MINIMUM & MAXIMUM NUMBERS

Small Group Structure

Each Ladies Touring Tenerife experience runs with a small group of 10 to 12 guests. A minimum of 10 guests is required for the experience week to be confirmed.

This keeps the experience personal, supportive and practical to operate.

Refund Policy

For deposit, balance payment, cancellation terms, transfers and booking conditions, please see our Booking Terms.

Flights & Travel

Flights are not included. Guests make their own flight bookings independently after their chosen experience week has been confirmed.

Hotel

Accommodation is not included in the experience price. Guests book accommodation independently, but must follow the booking framework for their chosen experience week, including the required hotel arrangements.

When is an experience week confirmed?

An experience week is confirmed once 10 guests have booked.

When do I pay the balance?

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

When should I book flights and accommodation?

Flights and accommodation should be booked after your chosen experience week has been confirmed, and in line with the booking framework.
