Our women-only Tenerife hosted experience is a small-group cultural holiday based in Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island. It is designed for women who want to explore Tenerife in a calm, comfortable and well-organised way, with structure, support and local insight throughout the week.

This is not a large coach tour and it is not a package holiday. Instead, it is a carefully curated hosted experience that includes private transport, official local guides, selected dining experiences and cultural visits that would be difficult to arrange independently.

With a maximum group of just 12 guests, the experience remains relaxed and personal, allowing time to ask questions, understand the island properly and enjoy Tenerife at a more comfortable pace.

Our women-only Tenerife hosted experience is a small-group, hosted cultural tour based in Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island. It is designed for women who want to explore Tenerife in a calm, comfortable and meaningful way, with structure, support and local insight throughout the week.

The aim is not to see Tenerife quickly, but to experience it properly, with context, comfort and good company.

Everything is organised in advance, including transport, guiding, dining and entry tickets, so that guests can relax and simply enjoy the experience.

The experience is based in Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of Tenerife, an area known for its gardens, historic streets, cultural sites and more traditional Canarian atmosphere. Many of the island’s most important historical, botanical and geological sites are located in the north, which makes it an ideal base for a cultural hosted experience.

This experience is designed for women who want to explore Tenerife in a calm and comfortable way, with structure, support and cultural depth. Our guests are solo travellers, over 50, who enjoy travel but prefer not to travel completely alone.

It is particularly suited to women who prefer smaller groups, meaningful experiences, good food, beautiful landscapes and learning about the places they visit.

Private Guides and Local Expertise

All guided visits during the week are led by official, fully qualified Canary Islands guides. This is very different from standard excursions, where guides often manage large mixed groups.

Because our group is small, guiding becomes more like a conversation than a tour. Guests can ask questions throughout the day and learn about Tenerife’s history, culture, geology and daily life in a much more personal way.

We also work with specialist guides where appropriate, including expert astronomy and geology guides during the Teide National Park experience.

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

Private Transport and Comfort

All transport during the experience is provided by private vehicle with a professional driver. This allows the week to run at a relaxed pace, without waiting for large groups or following a rigid coach schedule.

Refreshments are provided during longer journeys, and additional comfort is provided during the Teide night experience, where blankets and hot refreshments are available due to the cooler temperatures at altitude.

Throughout the week, the aim is to make travelling around the island feel comfortable, calm and well organised.
