Booking, Dates & Payments

Where can I see current experience dates, price and deposit details?

Current experience dates, full price, deposit amount and availability status are shown on our
Availability page.

How do I reserve my place?

You reserve your place by choosing your preferred experience week and paying the deposit shown on the
Availability page.

When is an experience week confirmed?

An experience week is confirmed once 10 guests have booked.

How many guests are on each experience?

Each experience runs with a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 12 guests.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Flights, Hotel & Travel Arrangements

Are flights included?

No. Flights are not included. Guests make their own flight bookings independently.

Is accommodation included?

No. Accommodation is not included in the experience price.

Can I stay wherever I like?

Guests make their hotel booking independently, but must follow the booking framework for their chosen
experience week, including the required hotel arrangements.

When should I book my flights and hotel?

Flights and hotel should be booked after your chosen experience week has been confirmed.

The Experience

Is this a package holiday?

No. Ladies Touring Tenerife provides hosted small-group travel experiences. It is not a package holiday.

Will I be travelling with a large group?

No. The experience is designed around a small group of 10 to 12 guests.

Will Julie be there?

Yes. Julie is your host and provides a warm, familiar presence throughout the experience.

Are all excursions private?

Some activities may be provided by licensed local suppliers, and some excursions may include participants
outside the group.

Can the itinerary change?

Yes. Activities may change due to weather, safety, supplier availability, environmental conditions or
operational requirements.

Activity, Insurance & Suitability

What is the activity level?

Experiences may involve moderate walking, uneven surfaces, outdoor environments, steps, inclines and
altitude exposure, including Mount Teide.

Is travel insurance required?

Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory.

What must my insurance cover?

Insurance must cover medical expenses, cancellation, personal liability and travel disruption.

Do I need to complete a form after booking?

Yes. Guests must complete the Health & Travel Declaration after booking.

Can I transfer to another experience week?

Transfer requests are subject to the Booking Terms, availability and organiser approval.

Can I send someone else in my place?
