Where can I see current experience dates and price?

How do I join an experience week?
You start by choosing your preferred experience week and registering your interest. We will then guide you through the next steps as that week moves towards confirmation.
When is an experience week confirmed?
An experience week goes ahead once the minimum group size of 10 guests has been reached.
How many guests are on each experience?
Each experience runs with a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 12 guests.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Flights, Hotel & Travel Arrangements
Are flights included?
No. Flights are not included. Guests make their own flight bookings independently.
Is accommodation included?
No. Accommodation is not included in the experience price.
Can I stay wherever I like?
Guests make their hotel booking independently, but must follow the booking framework for their chosen experience week, including the required hotel arrangements. Guidance on the correct hotel and booking arrangements is provided once your experience week is confirmed.
When should I book my flights and hotel?
Flights and hotel should be booked after your chosen experience week has been confirmed.

The Experience
Is this a package holiday?
No. Ladies Touring Tenerife provides hosted small-group travel experiences. It is not a package holiday.
Will I be travelling with a large group?
No. The experience is designed around a small group of 10 to 12 guests.
What age group is this experience for?
Most guests are women aged approximately 50+, although this is not a strict age limit. The experience is designed for women who enjoy culture, scenery, good food and travelling in a small, supportive group.
Will there be free time?
Yes. The experience includes structured guided days as well as free time to relax, explore Puerto de la Cruz, or simply enjoy the hotel and surroundings.
Is this suitable if I feel nervous about travelling alone?
Yes. Many guests join because they want the reassurance of travelling with a small, friendly group and a host, while still having independence and personal space.
Will Julie be there?
Yes. Julie is your host and provides a warm, familiar presence throughout the experience.
Will I be the only person travelling alone?
No. Our guests join the experience solo, which is why the hosted small-group format works so well. The group is made up of like-minded women of a similar age, so it is easy to feel comfortable quickly.
Are all excursions private?
Some activities may be provided by licensed local suppliers, and some excursions may include participants outside the group.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. Activities may change due to weather, safety, supplier availability, environmental conditions or operational requirements.
Will there be free time?
Yes. The experience includes structured guided days as well as free time to relax, explore Puerto de la Cruz, or simply enjoy the hotel and surroundings.

Activity, Insurance & Suitability
What is the activity level?
Experiences may involve moderate walking, uneven surfaces, outdoor environments, steps, inclines and altitude exposure, including Mount Teide. The pace is relaxed, with regular stops and time to sit, rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Is travel insurance required?
Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory.
What must my insurance cover?
Insurance must cover medical expenses, cancellation, personal liability and travel disruption.
Do I need to complete a form after booking?
Yes. Guests must complete the Health & Travel Declaration after booking.
