2. Nature of the Experience

Ladies Touring Tenerife provides hosted travel experiences for small groups.

This is not a package holiday. Flights and accommodation are not included and must be arranged independently by guests.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their travel arrangements match the dates of the experience they have booked.

3. Health & Participation Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the activities included in the experience.

Some activities may involve walking, uneven surfaces, outdoor environments and locations at higher altitude.

Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions when completing the Health & Travel Declaration form.

If you take regular medication you must bring an adequate supply for the duration of your stay. Access to specific medication cannot be guaranteed locally.

Guests with allergies or dietary requirements are responsible for notifying airlines and accommodation providers directly, as these arrangements are made independently.

4. Behaviour & Group Environment

We aim to create a welcoming, supportive and enjoyable group environment for all participants.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other members of the group, local residents, suppliers and staff.

If a guest behaves in a way that disrupts the experience or endangers the safety or wellbeing of others, we reserve the right to ask that guest to leave the experience.

If participation is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, no refunds will be given and any additional travel or accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

5. Curtailment of Participation

If a guest chooses to leave the experience early for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for unused activities.

Any additional travel or accommodation costs resulting from early departure are the responsibility of the guest.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

Some activities and services included in the experience may be provided by independent third-party suppliers operating under their own licences and regulations.

These suppliers are responsible for the delivery and safety of the services they provide.

While we carefully select trusted suppliers, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances arising directly from the actions of independent service providers.

7. Itinerary Flexibility & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to adjust activities, routes, timings or the order of the itinerary where necessary for safety, operational or environmental reasons.

This may include circumstances such as weather conditions, supplier availability or local operational requirements.

In addition, we cannot accept responsibility for events outside our reasonable control that affect the delivery of the experience.

Examples may include:

  • Severe or unusual weather conditions
  • Volcanic activity
  • Wildfire
  • Saharan dust events (Calima)
  • Transport disruption or strikes
  • Government restrictions or safety measures
  • Road closures or national park restrictions
  • Unexpected supplier closures

Where possible we will make reasonable efforts to adjust plans or provide suitable alternatives.

8. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during the experience for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform us and we will respect your preference.

9. Complaints Procedure

If you experience any issues during the experience, please raise them with us at the time so we have the opportunity to address the matter.

If a complaint cannot be resolved during the experience, it should be submitted in writing within 28 days of the experience ending.

We will review the matter carefully and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Experiences take place in Spain and may be subject to local regulations and operational requirements.
